GAWKIN gives your brand its own online store: a fast storefront on your own address, with a cart, checkout, order tracking and a dashboard to run it all. It is made for Indian brands and small sellers who want a proper store without hiring a developer.

You can have a working store the same day. Choose your store address and a design, add your products with photos and prices, set how you take payment, and share your link.

No. You manage everything from a simple panel: products, orders, discounts, pages and settings. There is nothing to install or host.

Yes. Every new store starts on a free trial, and you do not need a card to begin.

Plans differ in how many products and how much photo and video storage your store can have, and whether you can connect your own domain. You choose a plan when you create your store and can change it later. For help choosing, write to support@gawk.in.

Cash on delivery, UPI and bank transfer, and ordering on WhatsApp. You turn each one on or off in your settings. For UPI, your customers see your UPI ID and a pay button after ordering, and you mark the order paid once the money arrives.

Straight to you. Customers pay your UPI ID or bank account, or pay cash on delivery to you or your courier. GAWKIN does not hold your sales money.

Yes. Guest checkout takes a name, phone and address. Customers who want to can create an account to see all their orders, and anyone can track an order with its number and their phone.

Yes. Create coupon codes for a percentage or a fixed amount off, with a minimum order, an expiry date and a usage limit. You can also set a flat delivery charge and free delivery above an order value.

New orders appear on your dashboard and in your orders list straight away, with the customer's details and delivery address. Customers who order on WhatsApp send the order to your WhatsApp number too.

Physical products of almost any kind: clothing, accessories, home goods, beauty, food and more. Each product can have sizes or colours with their own price and stock, up to eight photos and a video. Some goods are not allowed; see our terms of service.

Yes, on plans that include a custom domain. Point a CNAME record from your domain (for example shop.yourbrand.com) to GAWKIN, and your store gets a secure HTTPS address automatically. Every store also has a free yourname.gawk.in address.

Any time. Pick from five designs, preview each one on your own store before switching, and your products, orders and settings stay exactly as they are.

Your store is built to be found. Every page gets a proper title and description, your products carry the details Google uses in shopping results (price, stock, delivery and returns), and your sitemap updates itself. You can verify your store in Google Search Console from your settings.

Yes. Every design is built for phones first, since that is where most of your customers will shop. Pages load quickly and photos are sized for the screen they appear on.

You do. Your products, customers and orders belong to your store, and you can export your orders as a spreadsheet whenever you like.
